Luxury Match Ltd is a private social introduction and lifestyle concierge service registered and operating in the Republic of Kenya. We introduce adult women to vetted adult male companions for lawful social purposes including dinner, events, city tours, and travel companionship.

We are not an escort agency, a dating service, a matchmaking agency for marriage, or a provider of any form of physical or sexual services. Any characterisation of our business as such is incorrect and expressly denied.

Our business model is comparable to legitimate social concierge and companion introduction services operating in jurisdictions worldwide, structured specifically to comply with Kenyan law.

Luxury Match Ltd expressly does not solicit, arrange, advertise, or facilitate any form of sexual services or prostitution as defined under the Penal Code of Kenya (Cap 63) or any other applicable Kenyan legislation.

Any user who attempts to use the Luxury Match platform or introduction service to solicit or engage in unlawful conduct will be:

• Immediately and permanently removed from our service
• Reported to relevant authorities where we are legally obligated to do so
• Subject to civil action for breach of our Member Agreement

Luxury Match Ltd cooperates fully with Kenyan law enforcement authorities and takes zero tolerance toward any attempt to misuse our platform for illegal purposes.

Luxury Match Ltd serves adults only. All Members and Companions must be a minimum of 18 years of age. We conduct identity verification on all Companions including National ID review. We screen all Member applicants during our onboarding conversation.

By engaging our service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into agreements and make independent decisions as an adult.

Luxury Match Ltd makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding:

• The compatibility of any Member and Companion introduction
• The outcome of any social interaction or experience arranged through our service
• The development of any personal relationship, romantic or otherwise, following an introduction
• The continued availability of any specific Companion on our roster
• The uninterrupted availability of our service at all times

We make every reasonable effort to make quality introductions. However, social chemistry and personal compatibility are inherently unpredictable. We do not guarantee a Member's satisfaction with every introduction.

While Luxury Match Ltd takes rigorous steps to vet all Companions through background checks, identity verification, and personal interviews, we cannot guarantee the conduct of any individual at all times. Members engage with Companions at their own risk.

We strongly recommend that all Members:

• Always arrange first meetings in a public venue such as a restaurant, hotel lobby, or café
• Inform a trusted friend or family member of your plans when meeting anyone for the first time
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave the situation and contact our concierge immediately
• Never share sensitive financial information with a Companion
• Contact our concierge immediately if you experience any conduct that makes you uncomfortable

Luxury Match Ltd shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or emotional distress arising from interactions between Members and Companions.
