We do not collect your surname, national ID, employer, home address, or any sensitive personal documentation unless you are applying to join as a companion, in which case a separate consent process applies.

We do not collect any information through cookies, trackers, or analytics tools that identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide and improve our service. Specifically:

  • To match you with a suitable companion from our vetted roster
  • To communicate with you about your booking and experience
  • To process payment confirmation and issue receipts
  • To follow up on your experience quality
  • To contact you about changes to your membership or our service

We do not use your information for marketing to third parties, profiling, or any automated decision-making processes.

How We Protect Your Data

We take the protection of your information very seriously. Our security measures include:

  • All member communications conducted via end-to-end encrypted WhatsApp
  • No digital member profiles stored on public or cloud-accessible servers
  • Physical and digital records accessible only to our founder and designated concierge staff
  • All staff and companions sign binding confidentiality agreements before accessing any member information
  • No member photos are stored digitally — photos shared for matching purposes are deleted after use
We do not maintain a database of member profiles. Your information exists only in our secure, private communication channels and is not indexed, stored in the cloud, or accessible online.

Who Has Access to Your Information

Your personal information is accessible only to:

  • Our founder and concierge team — who handle all introductions personally
  • Your selected companion — who receives only your first name and the details of your planned experience, nothing else

No other person, business, or entity has access to your information at any time.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party under any circumstances. We do not share data with:

  • Advertising or marketing companies
  • Data brokers or analytics platforms
  • Government bodies — unless compelled by a valid legal order from a Kenyan court, in which case we will notify you where legally permitted
  • Any other business or individual not directly involved in delivering your experience

Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as you are an active member or have an ongoing booking with us. If you cancel your membership or request deletion, we remove all records associated with you within 48 hours.

Payment reference records may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with Kenya Revenue Authority requirements for business tax records. These records contain only transaction references and amounts — not personal identifying information beyond your name.

You have the right at any time to:

  • Request a summary of what information we hold about you
  • Request correction of any inaccurate information
  • Request complete deletion of all your personal data
  • Withdraw consent and cancel your membership without penalty
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant Kenyan data protection authority

Our website uses only essential functional cookies — the minimum required for the site to operate correctly.
