What exactly is Luxury Match? +
Luxury Match is a private, invitation-only social introduction and lifestyle concierge service based in Kenya. We connect financially independent women with vetted, articulate, and discreet male companions for dinners, events, travel, and meaningful social experiences. We are not a dating app. We are a human-led, personally handled service where every introduction is made by our concierge team.
Is Luxury Match a dating agency? +
No. We are a social introduction and lifestyle concierge. We match people for specific experiences — a dinner, an event, a travel companion. Whether anything further develops between two consenting adults is entirely their private matter and has nothing to do with our service. We facilitate introductions only.
Who can join Luxury Match? +
Luxury Match is for adult women — Kenyan residents and international visitors — who are looking for quality, vetted male social companionship. We are selective about our membership. We accept applications through WhatsApp and conduct a brief screening conversation before approving new members. This exclusivity is what keeps the experience high quality and safe for everyone.
Is Luxury Match available outside Nairobi and Mombasa? +
Our primary coverage is Nairobi and Mombasa. We also serve Kisumu, Nakuru, Naivasha, Malindi, and Diani. For travel companion experiences, our companions can accompany members to any destination across Kenya. Contact us to discuss your specific location.
How is Luxury Match different from other services? +
Most services are either unsafe, undignified, or entirely unregulated. Luxury Match operates with a clear structure: every companion is background-checked, every member is screened, every introduction is handled personally. There are no public profiles, no browsing, no exposure. We are built specifically around the safety and dignity of the women we serve.
Your Privacy & Safety
Will anyone know I am using Luxury Match? +
No. We do not create public profiles. Your name, photos, and contact details are never shared beyond our concierge team and the companion you are introduced to. Every companion signs a confidentiality agreement before joining our roster. What you do through Luxury Match stays private.
Do you store my personal information? +
We retain only the minimum information needed to serve you — your name, contact, and preferences. We do not store this in any public database. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
What if I want my information deleted? +
Simply message us on WhatsApp or email and request deletion. We will remove all records related to your membership within 48 hours and confirm once done.
Is it safe to meet the companions? +
Safety is our highest priority. Every companion on our roster has passed a DCI Certificate of Good Conduct background check, an in-person interview, and signed a binding NDA. We also recommend that all first meetings take place in public venues — restaurants, hotel lobbies, or similar — which we encourage as standard practice.
What if a companion behaves inappropriately? +
Contact us immediately on WhatsApp. Any companion who violates our conduct standards is removed from our roster permanently. We take all complaints seriously and act swiftly. Your safety always comes first.
Booking & Process
How do I book an experience? +
Message us on WhatsApp at +254 700 000 000. We will have a brief private conversation to understand your preferences, suggest the right companion, and confirm all details. The entire process is handled personally — no forms, no apps, no public profiles required.
How quickly can I book? +
For same-day or next-day bookings, contact us as early as possible — ideally 4–6 hours in advance. For weekend travel or bespoke experiences, we recommend at least 48–72 hours notice to ensure the best possible match.
Can I choose my companion? +
You tell us your preferences — personality type, age range, interests, style — and we suggest the best match from our roster. Sapphire and Diamond members receive a brief description and have the option to indicate a preference before the introduction is made.
What if I am not satisfied with my match? +
If a first introduction does not feel right, we offer one complimentary re-introduction for all members. Your comfort and satisfaction matter to us. We will always find the right fit.
Can I cancel a booking? +
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled experience are refunded in full as credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refunded, as our companions have set aside time specifically for you. Please contact us as early as possible if plans change.
About Our Companions
Who are the companions on your roster? +
Our companions are Kenyan men aged 25–50 who are presentable, well-spoken, educated, and socially skilled. They include professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and well-travelled individuals. They are selected for their character and conversational ability, not just their appearance.
How are companions vetted? +
Every companion goes through: (1) A National ID verification. (2) A DCI Certificate of Good Conduct background check. (3) An in-person interview with our founder. (4) A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement covering all client interactions. (5) A conduct briefing covering our standards and expectations. No companion joins our roster without completing every step.
Do companions know my full identity before we meet? +
No. Companions are given only your first name and the details of the planned experience. Your surname, contact, profession, and any other personal information remain with our concierge team only. Full introductions happen at the meeting point.
Can a companion contact me after our experience? +
Only if you choose to share your contact with them directly. Companions do not receive your contact details from us. All communication is routed through our concierge. If you wish to stay in contact with a companion, that is entirely your choice.
How do I apply to become a companion? +
Message us on WhatsApp indicating your interest. We will schedule a brief screening call. If you meet our initial criteria, you will be invited for an in-person interview. Please note that joining our roster is free — we never charge companions for access.
For International Visitors
I am visiting Kenya — how do I book before I arrive? +
Simply WhatsApp us or email hello@luxurymatch.co.ke before your trip. Tell us your arrival city, dates, and what kind of experience you are looking for. We will confirm your companion and experience in advance. Payment is made securely before you land via PayPal, Wise, or card.
What currencies do you accept from international clients? +
We accept USD, EUR, and GBP from international clients, paid via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. All tourist packages are priced in USD for simplicity. Local Kenyan members pay via M-Pesa.
Is it safe for me as a foreign woman to use this service? +
Yes. In fact, Luxury Match was designed partly with the solo female traveller in mind. Every companion is background-checked and locally known to us. We recommend all first meetings at your hotel lobby or a public restaurant. Your companion's full identity details are on file with us at all times.
Which cities in Kenya do you cover for tourists? +
We cover Nairobi, Mombasa, Diani Beach, Malindi, Naivasha, and Amboseli. For Masai Mara or remote safari destinations, we can arrange a travel companion who accompanies you from Nairobi. Contact us with your itinerary and we will make it work.
What is included in the tourist companion package? +
Your companion's time, presence, and local expertise are included. Travel costs, accommodation, meals, and activity entry fees are not included in the companion fee and are settled separately between you and your companion or directly with venues. All logistics are discussed and agreed before the experience begins.
Pricing & Payment
How much does Luxury Match cost? +
We offer three membership tiers. Pearl (KSh 15,000/month) includes 2 introductions. Sapphire (KSh 30,000/month) includes 4 introductions and photo access. Diamond (KSh 50,000/month) includes unlimited introductions and priority matching. Tourist packages start at $150 USD. All pricing is discussed privately before any commitment is made.
How do I pay? +
Kenyan members pay via M-Pesa to our registered business Paybill/Till number. International visitors pay via PayPal, Wise, or bank card. Payment is always made before the experience begins. We send a payment confirmation via WhatsApp immediately after receipt.
Is there a contract or commitment? +
No long-term contract. Membership is monthly and you may cancel at any time before your next billing date. We simply ask that you give us 48 hours notice before an experience if plans change.
Are there any hidden fees? +
No. Your membership fee covers introductions and concierge handling. The cost of dinners, activities, travel, and any arrangements made during your experience are separate and discussed transparently before every booking. There are no surprise charges.
Can I get a refund? +
If we are unable to find you a suitable match within your membership period, we will credit your account for the following month. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of a booked experience are credited. We do not issue cash refunds, but we always ensure you receive fair value.
