Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Luxury Match Ltd ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing our website, messaging our WhatsApp line, or engaging our services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Luxury Match Ltd operates as a private social introduction and lifestyle concierge service. We facilitate introductions between adult women (Members) and vetted adult men (Companions) for the purpose of social companionship including but not limited to:

• Dinner and restaurant companionship
• Attendance at social events, corporate functions, and cultural occasions
• City tours and cultural experience guidance
• Travel companionship within Kenya
• Other agreed social experiences

Luxury Match Ltd is a social introduction service only. We do not arrange, facilitate, solicit, or take any responsibility for any physical, romantic, or sexual interactions between Members and Companions. Any such interactions that may occur between consenting adults are entirely private, personal matters beyond the scope of our service.

To use Luxury Match services you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Kenya or an international visitor to Kenya
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate information during the application and screening process
• Not be subject to any legal order prohibiting you from entering into such agreements

Luxury Match reserves the right to decline membership to any applicant without providing a reason. Membership is a privilege, not a right.

As a Member, you agree to:

• Treat all Companions with dignity, respect, and courtesy at all times
• Never disclose a Companion's identity, appearance, or any details of your introduction to any third party
• Never harass, coerce, threaten, or pressure any Companion in any way
• Arrive on time and appropriately presented for all arranged experiences
• Pay all agreed fees before the commencement of any experience
• Report any concerns about a Companion's conduct immediately to our concierge team
• Not contact a Companion outside of introductions arranged by Luxury Match without the Companion's explicit consent

All Companions on the Luxury Match roster agree to:

• Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all Member identities and interactions
• Conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times
• Never solicit additional payment beyond what has been agreed with our concierge
• Never contact a Member outside of arrangements made through Luxury Match without express Member consent
• Immediately report to Luxury Match any Member conduct that makes them uncomfortable
• Maintain the background check and DCI clearance requirements throughout their engagement with us

Membership fees are charged on a monthly basis according to the tier selected by the Member. All fees are payable in advance before introductions are made. Fees are non-transferable and apply to the named Member only.

Kenyan Members pay via M-Pesa to the registered Luxury Match business Paybill or Till number. International Members pay via PayPal, Wise, or card in USD. All payments are confirmed in writing via WhatsApp.

Luxury Match reserves the right to adjust membership fees with 30 days written notice to existing Members via WhatsApp.

Membership cancellation: Members may cancel their monthly membership at any time before the next renewal date. No refund is issued for the current month upon cancellation.

Experience cancellation by Member: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled experience will be credited as a future booking. Cancellations within 24 hours of the experience are non-refundable as the Companion has reserved time specifically for the Member.

Experience cancellation by Luxury Match: In the rare event that we must cancel a booked experience due to Companion unavailability or safety concerns, the Member will receive a full credit or refund at their election.

Unsatisfactory introductions: Each Member is entitled to one complimentary re-introduction if they are not satisfied with their first match. Beyond this, re-introductions may be arranged at the concierge's discretion.

Both Members and Companions are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. You agree not to:

• Disclose the identity, appearance, or personal details of any person you are introduced to through Luxury Match
• Share any details of your Luxury Match membership or experiences on social media, dating apps, or any public platform
• Discuss the nature of Luxury Match's business model or roster with any third party
• Record, photograph, or document any Companion or Member without explicit prior written consent

Breach of confidentiality constitutes immediate grounds for permanent termination of membership and may expose the breaching party to civil legal action under Kenyan law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent termination of membership:

• Solicitation of sexual services through the Luxury Match platform
• Any form of harassment, coercion, or threatening behaviour toward a Companion or staff member
• Providing false information during the application or screening process
• Attempting to contact or identify other Members of Luxury Match
• Recording, photographing, or sharing any details of introductions publicly
• Using Luxury Match services for any unlawful purpose under Kenyan law
• Engaging in any conduct that brings Luxury Match or its Members into disrepute

Luxury Match Ltd facilitates social introductions only. We are not responsible for and expressly disclaim liability for:

• The personal conduct of Companions or Members during or after any introduction
• Any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from interactions between Members and Companions
• Any disagreement, dispute, or legal matter arising between Members and Companions
• Any outcome of a social introduction beyond the introduction itself

Our total liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by that Member in the preceding 30 days.

All content on the Luxury Match website — including text, design, branding, logos, and blog content — is the intellectual property of Luxury Match Ltd. No content may be reproduced, copied, republished, or redistributed without prior written consent from Luxury Match Ltd.

Luxury Match reserves the right to terminate any membership immediately and without refund if a Member is found to have violated these Terms. Members may also terminate their own membership at any time by notifying us via WhatsApp or email.

Upon termination, all personal data will be deleted within 48 hours of the request, subject to legal retention requirements outlined in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

We encourage Members to raise any concerns with us directly before pursuing legal remedies. Most issues can be resolved promptly through our concierge team.
